MADE TO MEASURE
For most of our styles, PAUL LA FONTAINE Collections offers your own personal, Made to Measure service, tailored to your own body shape, for an upcharge of 25 percent on the original retail price.
We can deliver to your door, in 4 to 6 weeks shipping time, a made to measure version of seasonal styles from our Collection.
If you select “Made to Measure” when you order your Style(s), within 24 hours, service@paullafontaine.store will forward you an e-mail with an attached Measurement Chart, for either Men and Women. We ask you to complete this Chart with your personal measurements so our tailors can customize the style to your body shape. Please also provide the other requested information.
This Chart contains a diagram of a mannequin showing where the measurements are taken. Please supply all your measurements that are relevant to the Style chosen. If you have chosen more than one Style, please complete a separate Measurement Chart for each Style.
Should you not feel comfortable taking your own measurements, you can measure a jacket, pants or dress from your own wardrobe, similar to the Style you have requested and we can replicate the same shape and fitting.
Please make sure you put your relevant measurements into the Measurement Chart and also attach photographs of your body, front, side and back view, to let us determine your exact body shape.
50% deposit is required to be paid before we can commence. Scan the completed Measurement Chart also containing your credit card details and attach it and your photographs and send to service@paullafontaine.store
As soon as this is received, our tailors will check your information. Customer Service will confirm your Order within 2 business days (not including weekends.
When your Style is ready, an email will be sent to you requesting the 50% balance of the payment. When this is received we will ship your garment(s) to you.
